Being a health nut.

I don’t exercise much. I don’t really do much to correct my bad sitting posture. I have poor ergonomics. However, this past week I’ve completely changed my diet. My daily meals consist of:

Breakfast: High fiber cereal with lowfat organic milk

Lunch: Salad and hot grains from the new salad place in Ackerman Union

Dinner: Either grilled chicken with avocado and spring mix, topped with vinegrette dressing

or Smoked salmon and gouda with whole grain wheat thins, plus a side of orange juice

I also eat powerbar harvest as a snack/dessert.

It’s been pretty good, but I’d like to make some hot foods too. If only I had the time/energy to cook… =(
